1. Eligibility for Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products are exempt from returns, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
3. Partial Refunds:
Refunds may be granted partially for:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
4. Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If not, the refund will be processed to the gift giver.
9. Shipping Returns:

If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
